ASPAC Regional Team
As part of the regional team, you will play an integral role in helping firms meet Trust and Growth ambitions, promoting consistency and collaboration, so that KPMG becomes the Clear Choice for clients and talent. This role presents an exciting opportunity to build relationships with senior leaders across member firms throughout the Asia Pacific region.
The role
The ASPAC Clients and Markets Strategy has been set to drive growth, scale and replication across our priority sectors and accounts as well as increase alignment between global, regional and member firms in response to market drivers. This is underpinned by greater accountability and transparency of in-country prioritisation of regional priority sectors and accounts, capability and coverage investment and a consistent approach to performance management.
The ASPAC C&M Project Manager, in support of the strategy, is responsible for supporting the execution of key markets projects, initiatives and best practice across the region, working with a wide range of stakeholders including Heads of Markets, Country Senior Partners, Regional Sector Leaders, Regional Lead Partners and Global Sales and Markets.
The role includes project management of multiple work streams, prioritising requirements and engaging across the region to evolve the Markets agenda, to enhance confidence, capability, and cultural change, while at the same time tracking the value delivered across the region.
In addition to a strong academic foundation, you will need a client focus to understand their issues and a solid sense of personal responsibility for both our clients and your personal goals. You must demonstrate outstanding proactive problem-solving abilities and relationship-building skills across the Asia Pacific region.
Reporting to the ASPAC C&M Program Manager, you will have a key role in supporting the Clients and Markets team to execute the regional Markets agenda:
