Roles & Responsibilities

Automation Maintenance (Main)

GTP AMR/ACR/AGV maintenance. Perform ad-hoc troubleshooting and attend to operational issues for AMR/AGV related matters. Plan and execute servicing and maintenance activities. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the equipment. Spare parts management and monitoring stock availability. Improve and upgrade the automation equipment. Liaise closely with other departments on work schedules, especially Operations. Keep records of maintenance, repairs, uptime/downtime, and spare parts inventory. Prepare monthly downtime reports and spare inventory reports. Prepare KPIs and Quality Procedures. Prepare the annual cost budget for maintenance.

ASRS Maintenance

Perform ad-hoc troubleshooting and attend to operational issues for ASRS related matters. Plan and execute servicing and maintenance of ASRS installations in respect of PLC control and conveyor systems. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of ASRS equipment. Resolve operational problems related to PLC control, sensors, conveyor systems, and other electrical and/or mechanical installations. Improve and upgrade the ASRS equipment. Liaise closely with other departments on work schedules, especially Operations. Keep records of maintenance, repairs, uptime/downtime, and spare parts inventory. Source and replenish ASRS spare parts. Prepare monthly downtime reports and spare inventory reports. Prepare monthly maintenance and shift schedules. Support ASRS operations 24/7 or provide standby support. Prepare KPIs and Quality Procedures. Conduct half-yearly load testing of ASRS cranes and lifts. * Prepare the annual cost budget for ASRS maintenance.
