Responsible for the assembling of components being made into finished goods on a specific production line.
Responsible for removing burr from parts with using the correct tools.
Always ensure full adherence to 5S practices. Set and maintain Assembly 5S procedure.
Observe all safety regulations including personal protective equipment applicable to the use of electrical tooling and equipment applicable to chemicals.
Ensure to cross check the Bill of Materials (BOMs) after assembling for missing items/ components.
Support and contribute to products, process and production improvements.
Meets and maintains quality and performance standards.

Requirements:

Nitec in any discipline or equivalent.
A minimum of 1 year experience in assembly operations.
Possessing relevant experience in precision engineering would be an added advantage.
Able to read and understand mechanical drawing.
Required knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOMs).
Team player and able to multitask.
