Asset Management, Manager, Real Estate
Job Description
I am currently partnering a diversified real estate group to hire an Asset Management, Manager for their team.
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Head of Portfolio and Asset Management, and sitting in the Asset Management team, you will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of properties to maximise asset performance and returns. This includes involvement in formulation of asset enhancement and positioning strategies, leading budgeting/ feasibility studies and/or management reporting, implementation of business plans to improve overall asset value, and liaising with Leasing and Property Management teams to asset performance.
Requirements
You have a Degree in Real Estate / Business or equivalent, and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry. Prior asset management experiences will be advantageous. To succeed in this role, good understanding of real estate finance and valuation concepts, strong communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills are critical.
