Job Description
Aurex Group is partnering with a well-established fund in Singapore, hiring an Investment & Asset Management Manager to oversee real estate investments in APAC across multiple asset class.
- Responsible for conducting in-depth financial modeling and due diligence on potential investments in APAC real estate market
- Liaise with third party consultants, lawyers, valuers and JV partners to execute deal transactions
- Assist in formulating and implementing asset strategies for assets under management, preparation and review of asset plan, and the income and expenditure budgets including , variance summaries and control of cashflow as required both monthly and annually
- Benchmarking of portfolio and asset performance including financial/operational analysis and market research
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in real estate/Economics/Finance/Business or Accountancy from a reputable education institute
- With at least 6 years of experience in Real Estate Industry such as Funds/REITs/real estate firm
- You are numerically inclined with excellent financial modelling skills and ability to work under time pressure with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English and other Asian languages will be a plus
