A global data centre provider headquartered in Singapore is searching for a Senior Manager, Asset Management to join their team on a full-time basis in Singapore.This organization pride themselves in the high level of service delivery that they provide to their clients, which is only possible through the best-in-class team that they employ globally.In the position of Senior Manager, Asset Management, the successful candidate will, as a member of the Investments & Asset Management Team, assist in the formulation and execution of investment and asset management strategies to optimize income for the company\'s Data Centre portfolio.Other key responsibilities will include but are not be limited to:

• Support senior member of the team to originate, evaluate, negotiate and execute investment, divestment or merger & acquisition transactions
• Complete financial modelling to assess / support acquisitions, presenting key financial analysis to key stakeholders
• Carry out commercial and financial due diligence for assets to be acquired
• Quarterly reporting to board of directors and other similar stakeholders
• Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, news and information, including the review and analysis of financials, market information and analyst reports

To be successful candidate in this role, the right candidate must have a minimum of x5 years of experience in investment banking, mergers & acquisitions and/or deal originationOther key requirement include but are not limited to:

• Bachelor\'s degree in finance, banking or equivalent field
• Experience working for a management consultancy is a plus but not a must
• Strong technical skillset, capable of managing financial modeling, valuation and due diligence (e.g. commercial & financial)
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across various stakeholder groups
• Excellent communication skills
