We\'re looking for a professional to join our Institutional Client Solutions team covering South and South East Asia who wants to be a part of our Investment Management Division and use their skills and ideas to make an impact to the success of the business at Goldman Sachs.

The GSAM South and Southeast Asia Institutional Client Solutions Team is responsible for the generation of new business as well as the ongoing servicing of existing mandates with institutional investors across the region. We deliver investment ideas and innovative solutions to investors to help them navigate changing markets, and serve as the key point of contact for clients regarding all matters relating to their investments.

We are seeking an exceptionally driven professional with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. As part of the GSAM South and Southeast Asia Institutional Client Solutions Team, this individual will be responsible for managing client accounts and work closely with internal stakeholders to grow, service, manage and enhance institutional client relationships in the region, and to drive commercial impact
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for client coverage and drive commercial outcomes
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders involving multi-disciplined teams including Portfolio Management, Trading, Operations, Performance Measurement and Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Accounting/Billing and across regions for ongoing client servicing and sales support
Basic Qualifications
  • Strong academic credentials (Bachelor\'s degree at the minimum) and 12 to 15 years of work experience in the fund management or finance industry
  • Established strong relationship and proven fundraising track record with Institutional clients in South and Southeast Asia
  • Strong leadership quality and the ability to work in a team-based environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills and ability to interact with global stakeholders, senior management and team members effectively
  • Candidate needs to have intellectual curiosity and the drive for commercial success
  • Highly self-motivated team player with a strong analytical mindset and resilient temperament
  • Knowledge of investment products across all major asset classes (equities, fixed income, money markets and alternatives) will be a plus
  • Fluency in Bahasa will be a plus
