Assist the Accounting Manager in maintaining accurate and timely financial records.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data.
Assist in managing inventory records and related documentation.
Support external audit and tax filing processes (including Corporate Tax and GST).
Contribute to improving financial workflows and enhancing efficiency in reporting and account management.
Handle ad-hoc accounting or administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance management role.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Xero accounting software will be an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
