Job Description

Responsible for all aspect of finance related matters managed by Singapore:

• Work closely with different internal functions to provide financial support and ensure timely and accurate reporting of all accounting activities
• Drives and executes the Month End Closing process
• Responsible for the monthly reconciliation and Balance sheet schedules
• Review monthly GST return report and identify any variance, and perform GST submissions quarterly
• Prepares monthly financial reporting to management
• Ensures timely and accurate monthly payroll processing for Full-Timers & Offshore staffs and compute employees\xe2\x80\x99 remuneration/claims for leavers and other off-cycle payments
• Verifies and checking overtime & allowance and any monthly payroll adjustments and rectify any discrepancy
• Processes and provides final salary information for Form IR21 submission for foreign employee\xe2\x80\x99s tax clearance.
• Prepare and verifies corporate commission quarterly
• Prepares, verifies and processes monthly declarations to CPF
• Prepare and submit yearly Form IR8A for all employees
• Assist in liaising with external parties like external auditors, tax agents and government authorities Requirements
• Any other ad-hoc duties given by the management

• Diploma in accounting or finance
• Minimum of 3-4 years of accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills (Proficient in vlookup, pivot)
• Excellent communication skills
