Assistant Accountant
Job Description
BMAA SG Pte Ltd, a French owned accounting agency is hiring a parttime assistant accountant to support its business in Singapore.Though newly established in Singapore, BMAA SG Pte Ltd has long-time business relations with French accounting companies and French enterprises, offering a full suite of accounting/audit services to the French customers.The candidate will get to work with a professional team based in both Singapore and Paris.Major responsibilities- Manage document entries for French customers- Preparation of monthly / quarterly GST and tax submissions- Prepare bank reconciliations and follow up on the outstanding items- Completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports- Support any other special project or duties as assigned.Specificities- Work on French customers' files- Training and supervision in Singapore by a French Chartered Accountant and AuditorRequirements- Accounting degree or equivalent; beginners are welcome- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word- Experience in accounting is a plus- Self-motivated with a positive attitude- Dedicated and committed towards work- Focus on quality work and attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to manage deadlines- Knowing French is not mandatory2 days a week as a first step; full-time as an end-goal
