Job Description

Job Responsibilities:





The key responsibilities in managing the clients are as follows:
Y

Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, management reports and supporting schedules Y
Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger entries Develop financial forecasts, annual budgets, and perform variance analysis. Oversee full spectrum of accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting. Y
Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and journal postings Y
Assist with tax filings, GST submissions and compliance reporting Prepare financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Assist project teams on project financing matters. Y
Liaise with auditors, banks and external stakeholders when required Y
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation Y
Provide support to clients and accounting team in ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks Y
Engage in accounting-related consultations with clients through telephone or in-person meeting
Requirment:


Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting software is an advantage Y
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards Y
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting software is an advantage Y
Detail-oriented, well-organized, client-friendly, and able to meet deadlines Y
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team Y
