Job Description

Prepare month-end financial statement, management reporting, AP/AR reconciliation, E-claim, maintaining and closing of GL and statutory reports Perform project system monthly account closing according to FRS115 new revenue recognition standard Assist in liaising with internal and external auditors, and prepare yearly financial statement Handling fixed asset management, quarterly forecast, yearly budget preparation, and performs yearly standard rate review Upkeep all accounting records and documentary support Provide information for external surveys (MMA, Annual Survey, Foreign Debt, Investment Abroad, etc.) Prepare tooling billing (issue invoices) Follow up on unbilled PO with toolroom/BD/engineers Coordinate and solve tooling billing issues with toolroom/BD/engineers Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent Minimum 3 years of relevant full sets of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing environment Good understanding in accounting standards and practices, statutory regulations, internal control, and corporate governance.
