Job Summary



We are looking for a highly driven individual capable of learning and working independently in doing full sets of accounts and other business support functions on behalf of our clients.


The successful candidate will see exciting deployment opportunities to various client offices, and must possess a high level of professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility, with strong communication and client management skills.




Onboard new clients - design and implement efficient workflows & processes before delegating to associates Manage and supervise associates to handle day to day outsourced finance function, including AP processing and payroll Review accounts done by junior associates Handle full set of accounts of a portfolio of clients for month-end and year-end closing Advising clients on matters relating to finance operation, accounting system, accounting treatment and reporting when necessary Handle GST submission Handle payroll and CPF submission Prepare tax computation (training will be provided if necessary) Management of Corp Pass Account with client as required Liaison with government authorities as necessary Ensure compliance with relevant statutory acts and deadlines * Provide assistance to other members of the team as required
