Job Description
$3K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: NorthResponsibilities
- Supports accounts payable functions(3 Way Matching, Posting, Filing etc)
- Assist in the daily/ad-hoc office administrator duties
- Process payment to vendor on monthly and timely basis
- Process Workers\' Transport Claims
- Process daily incoming and outgoing mails
- Handle incoming queries
- Compile and submit stationery and refreshment requisition to Operation
- Maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Singapore income tax rules, procedures and guidelines is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
