The Assistant Admin manager will work on administrative tasks, making appointments, data entry as required, maintain records of expenses, booking tickets and report to the Managing Director. He/She is expected to be a fast learner, go-getter, independent, resourceful, able to multi-task and have a sparkling personality, great sense of urgency and interpersonal skills, with great interests in advertising and event industry.
Job Requirements:
Singaporean or PR- Be able to commit fully to work for at least 6 months Minimum
Diploma in any related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suite. Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong research and analytical skills
Strong time management and organisation skills. Task-oriented, meticulous and conscientious in documentation
Ability to work independently and as a team
Strong sense of responsibility to complete tasks within the deadline
Any other ad-hoc admin duties assigned by Managing director.

Good working environment and company culture.
Normal official working hours 5-day work week (Mondays\xe2\x80\x93Fridays), 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (1-hour lunch). However sometimes, as required, you may be required to work on saturdays/after official office hours as work entails. No overtime will be paid.
