Job Description


  • Prepare and handle all shipping documents, custom declaration and permit for import and export
  • Ensure relevant supporting certificates are ready prior to shipment
  • Liaise & coordinate with suppliers/forwarders to schedule booking, transport & shipping documentation arrangements
  • Process insurance claims and reject shipments
  • Handle internal and external audits
  • Prepare all relevant weekly, monthly shipment reports
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
  • Min, Degree / Diploma with 1 - 2 years of shipping documentation & coordination experience
  • Prior experience in air frieght/ sea freight / trucking will be highly favored
  • Able to read, write and communicate in English and Chinese (Good in reading, written and verbal communication in English and Chinese to liaise & coordinate with English and Chinese speaking suppliers/forwarders to schedule booking, transport & shipping documentation arrangements)
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills, positive attitude and willing to learn
  • Initiative & ability to work independently
  • No experience are welcome to apply & training will be provided
