Job Description
- 5 days work week
- Walking Distance from Buona Vista MRT
- Provides technical audio-visual, multimedia, and video support services in the performing and events venues.
- Sets up, troubleshoots, and maintains multimedia equipment.
- Responsible for wire management and ensuring that safety procedures are followed prior to installation of equipment.
- Manage day-to-day operations regarding shared video-audio conferencing services.
- Provide regular feedback to AV Lead or Workplace team on communication issues and service improvements.
- Liaises with customers and various departments for business-related needs
- Monitor the Shred-it box daily and call for service when the box is \xc2\xbe full
- Daily inspection of all floors and the general work area to ensure that the space is in good working order
- Generate work orders on the EAM, upload service orders and ensure that work orders are closed on time.
- Comply with all safety and risk management policies and procedures.
- Perform administration duties and other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Diploma in Audio Visual Engineering or related field.
- Familiarity with audio-visual, multimedia, videoconferencing equipment, and Internal IP and Internet served video-audio conferencing applications.
- Experience in MS Office Suite, E-mail, Internet, MS DOS, and Data export.
