JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensure all banquet functions are properly set up, organized, and executed in accordance with established service standards. Prepare monthly and weekly forecasts and distribute them to the relevant departments. Verify and ensure the timely submission of daily bar inventory and par reports, reconciling them against restaurant or bar sales reports at the end of each shift. Develop and manage effective duty rosters to ensure adequate manpower based on business volume. Maintain clear communication and coordination with related departments such as Banquet Sales, Kitchen, and other operational areas. Attend daily F&B briefings, F&B meetings (in the absence of the Banquet Manager), and other required training sessions and meetings. Monitor and control breakages and losses within the banquet section. Lead and supervise banquet service teams to uphold service standards and ensure guest satisfaction. Oversee and implement the cleaning and maintenance schedule for the banquet areas. Handle banquet booking inquiries and coordinate special arrangements as required. Perform other duties as assigned by the Banquet Manager or management.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field. At least 4-5 years of experience in banquet service, with proven supervisory or leadership experience. Strong knowledge of banquet operations and high-end service standards. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in computer applications relevant to the role. Highly organized, with strong planning, communication, and people management skills.
