Job Description

-Brand & Event Management

• Work closely with Brand Manager to strategize all brand related activities (ATL & BTL) across all levels with strong focus on retail and client experiences.
• Effective A&P budget control and management.
• Being data centric. Analyze brand-related analytics and commercial performance and demonstrates the ability to provide 360 degree business review using brand related analytics (trend, competitors, business reports).

Media & Digital

• Oversee the media planning and able to translate overall communication guidelines into local plan.
• Evaluate effectiveness and performance of all media buys.
• Work closely with retailers, agencies, publishers and HQ on advertising and digiting marketing (SEO, social media calendar and content) for quality brand exposure and ROI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media partner, influencers and stakeholders to generate qualitative media coverage.

Reports and Presentation

• Evaluate post-campaign performance regularly (event & media buy) to ensure KPIs are met and provide recommendations and improvement.
• Proactively research and track competitors\' animation and promotion best practices to strengthen brand plans.

Leadership

• Coach and mentor team members (Brand Coordinate and Executives) to achieve KPIs and career progression.
• Provide clear direction and guidance to ensure timely delivery on tasks.
• Develop and maintain a high-performance team through effective leadership and collaboration.

Job Requirements:

• Deep understanding of the luxury market
• Proactive and solution-focused approached
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong media landscape knowledge and network
• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and represent the brand with confidence
• Watch industry knowledge is not essential
• Event management experience in the luxury sector.
