• Ensure that the services are carried out in accordance with HDB\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines, SOPs and statutory requirements
• Site leads overseeing their respective properties and assisting the property manager in managing the on-site property officers / technical officers and term contractors
• Ensure public and tenants\xe2\x80\x99 feedback regarding the technical and maintenance matters are attended to according to the timeframe stipulated by HDB
• Monthly dialogue with tenants/customer engagement
• Ensure prompt delivery of services to HDB and customers, including tenants, residents, motorists, grassroots organization and shoppers.
• Manage the green leases at the sites which includes vetting through tenants\xe2\x80\x99 renovation applications and ensuring that tenants follow their \xe2\x80\x9cGreen commitment\xe2\x80\x9d as stated in their leases
• Conduct detailed site inspections for each site at least once every week
• Ensure that due diligence is observed and exercised on the maintenance and upkeep of the building installations and systems at site
• Ensure that the maintenance regimes and schedules of the site are carried out as planned
• Plan, organize and implement work programmes and projects as assigned by HDB
• Co-ordinate and execute maintenance and tenancy works promptly
• Budget, plan and execute yearly improvement works
• Ensure the facilities and site is in good condition at all times
• Ensure all safety aspects, eliminating risk of damage and fallen objects
• Ensure proper records of transactions and accounts relating to the management and maintenance of the sites
• Oversee vendor management in terms of performance and service standards for both JLL and HDB term contractors
