Assistant Building Manager
Job Description
: \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee and manage Facility Management Services at building(s) that he/she is assigned to \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage term contractors/ specialist contractors to ensure smooth operation of buildings \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage relation to client/authorities/ tenants \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide client / authorities / tenants with updates of electrical, water and other service outages and scheduled shutdowns \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to feedback by tenants/ clients, to recommend and take remedial actions \xe2\x80\xa2 Budgeting and managing expenses \xe2\x80\xa2 Develops and implements facility emergency plans. During evacuations, assists emergency response teams in assessing building condition, locating missing personnel, shutting off utilities, and delivering a status report to assembly point leaders \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.
Job Qualification: Degree in mechanical/electrical engineering with min 4 years relevant work experience in building mechanical and electrical services. Fully certified as a Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM). Singapore Citizen or PR.
