Key Responsibilities:

Assist in programming schedules for bunker surveyors
Pre and post planning for bunker surveyors for bunker surveys
Monitor vessel status and ETA with respective parties
Maintain accuracy and timeliness of all operational information
Maintain close contact with ship agencies for timely updates and bunker suppliers

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Maritime
Prior working experience in bunker surveying or related will be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Understands the rules and regulations for all vessel schedules related permits
Knowledge in bunkering SS600, TR48, SS648, ISO17020
May be required to board vessels
Able to present and interact effectively with internal staff and external stakeholders
