About the Role

Eatz Group is seeking a

proactive and self-driven Sales & Events Executive

to take ownership of sales, group bookings, and event coordination for our seafood restaurant.





You will be responsible for expanding our corporate client base, executing successful events, and supporting marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and grow revenue to increase revenues for the restaurant business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop

new sales leads from corporate, government, and travel trade

sectors. Conduct outreach to targeted

offices, hotels, and event planners

to grow brand presence. Follow up

promptly on enquiries and convert them

into confirmed bookings.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and event

confirmation documents. Coordinate closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure

smooth and successful events

.

Assist in operational needs during event

execution.

In charged of the roll-out of marketing campaigns, festive promotions, and social media

activities. Maintain client databases and track sales activities and results.

What We're Looking For

Preferably possesses a

valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence

(role involves client visits and occasional delivery of materials).

4-6 years' experience

in Catering, F&B, restaurant sales, or event management. Energetic, proactive, and highly motivated -- with a strong

"get things done"

attitude. Excellent communication and professional presentation skills. Able to work evenings or weekends when required for event support. Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing preferred.
