The Role
We are seeking a dynamic
Business Development Manager
to spearhead growth initiatives in Singapore's shipbuilding and ship maintenance sectors. This role is ideal for a professional with strong industry connections and technical familiarity with

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within shipyards, maintenance firms, and marine operators.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Singapore maritime industry.
Promote Stallion Marine's solutions, with a focus on exhaust lagging systems and related marine insulation technologies.
Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform strategy.
Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and long-term client engagement.
Candidate Profile
Proven track record in
business development or sales
within the shipbuilding or ship maintenance industry.
Established network of contacts in Singapore's maritime sector.
Familiarity with
engine exhaust lagging systems
or related marine engineering solutions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
