About the role The Assistant Business Development Manager will partner Key distributors in the SEA region (Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Taiwan\xe2\x80\xa6), contributing to the business growth of Coty Prestige Beauty portfolio (Gucci, Burberry, Chloe, Marc Jacob, Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss\xe2\x80\xa6 fragrances).
THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for: Coordinate with the distributors the execution of the Annual Business Plan & Roadmap to achieve business objectives. Build collaborative relationships with distributors as well as with internal cross functions like Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Demand Planning and Finance. Track product offerings, NPD orders & forecasts to be aligned with the Markets strategy & sales objectives. Analyze P&L, monthly sales performances, and ROI. Coordinate Temporary & Permanent Merchandising requests for Marketing activities & new doors opening. Follow up on reports submission and payments. Work with the registration team to ensure that all NPD are locally registered. Oversee Market\xe2\x80\x99s A&P in conjunction with the marketing team to ensure that the expenses are in line with the Business plan. Monitor distributors products assortment. Communicate markets price increases and conduct competitors pricing benchmark.
