Job Description

- Position Title: Assistant Butcher cum Retail Specialist (Japanese Speaking) / Japanese Speaking Retail Specialist cum Assistant Butcher
- Working Location: Orchard
- Working Hours: Shift basis
- Salary: Basic up to $4,000
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Acquire product knowledge to be able to promote the products.
- Cutting frozen meat Eg. Kurobuta Pork, Shirobuta Pork and Wagyu beef.
- Pricing, weighing, packing and displaying of products.
- Provide customer service and answer questions.
- Perform housekeeping and ensure cleanliness of the workplace in accordance with safety procedures and standards of hygiene.
- Required to monitor and maintain freshness and quality of items.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- No experience is required; training is provided.
- Able to carry heavy items of at least 10kg.
- Willing to work shift hours, Weekends and Public Holidays.
