Assist the Head Chef in daily cooking and preparation tasks

Move between kitchen stations to assist with food preparation and cooking

Provide support when workload increases or colleagues are absent

Check the quality of ingredients and ensure they meet restaurant standards

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen area

Support the kitchen team to ensure food consistency and quality

Assist in regular stock taking and inventory control

1-2 years of experience in F&B or kitchen operations preferred

Basic understanding of Chinese cuisine and kitchen operations

Strong sense of hygiene and safety

Hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Team player with a positive attitude
