We're looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Chef to support our Head Chef and kitchen team in delivering exceptional dishes to our guests. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring chefs who are eager to learn and grow in a professional Thai kitchen.

Position: Full-Time Assistant Chef

Salary: $2200 - $2600

Schedule: Compressed Work Week

What You'll Do

Assist the Head Chef in food preparation, cooking, and plating. Learn and master Thai cooking techniques under guidance. Help maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards. Support inventory management and kitchen organization. Bring a positive, team-oriented attitude to a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For

Some prior kitchen experience is preferred (restaurant or hotel), but not mandatory. A passion for Thai cuisine and eagerness to learn. Team player with good communication and adaptability. Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering quality.

Students or graduates from culinary schools who are looking for internship opportunities are welcome to apply! This is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience in an authentic Thai restaurant and learn directly from seasoned chefs.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,600.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 - 44 per week
