ob Requirements:



Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Building Construction/ Civil Engineering Minimum 5 years of working experience in Singapore construction/ main con/ builder Strong in time management Skills Ability to work independently and pro-active in the delivery of tasks Ability to display initiatives, work under pressure and meet deadline Good communication skills

Responsible for budget estimate, cost checking, preparation of tender submission Review specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and costing structures Manage submission works, contractual requirements and VO Handle progress claim, progress payment & finalization of accounts Carry out quantity take-off for tendering and on-going projects Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary Monitor actual construction vs contract work quantity to ensure cost is managed within budget throughout the project Assist on project scheduling Attend project/site meeting with customer, consultant and vendors



Other Information:



Salary shall commensurate with qualification and experience 5 working days per week * 5 min walking distance to MRT
