Position: Assistant Contracts Manager

Salary: $6,500 - $7,800

Working Hour: Mon-Fri | 8.30am-5.30pm

Location: Kaki Bukit (Walking distance from MRT)

Assist Contracts Manager to lead and manage a team of QS Oversee Main/Sub-contract administration Support and advise the project team on cost and contractual issues for main contract and subcontracts Monitor Sub-contract payment, Variation Order Pursuant, Engineer Direction defense Project and Sub-Contract Final Account Claims for additional payment and EOT Safeguard company contractual rights In charge of tender submission

Requirements:-

Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity. Relevant experience in preparing Tenders for Building, Civil & Infrastructure, and interior design works across infrastructure, industrial, residential, and commercial projects. Familiarity with Contracts, Law, and local legal requirements, with strong contractual and pricing knowledge. Professional qualifications from recognized Quantity Surveying bodies (e.g., SISV, RICS, MRICS) are preferred. Willingness to travel as needed. Possess good analytical skills and able to work in a dynamic & fast pace environment to meet critical deadline. Good oral and written communication skills. Multi-tasking and able to handle stress.
