Job Description

Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items according to recipes and menu specifications. Ensure proper storage and labeling of all food ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and workstations. Assist in receiving and checking food supplies and ingredients. Follow all food safety and hygiene standards as required by company and regulatory guidelines. Support the Head Chef in menu planning and daily kitchen operations. Prepare ingredients such as cutting vegetables, marinating meats, and mixing sauces. Dispose of waste properly and keep the kitchen clean and orderly. Ensure timely preparation and service of dishes during operating hours. Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Supervisor.

Job Requirements:



Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred). Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations. Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards. Ability to follow instructions and work well under pressure. Team player with good communication skills. * Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
