Follow all food safety and hygiene standards as required by company and regulatory guidelines.
Support the Head Chef in menu planning and daily kitchen operations.
Prepare ingredients such as cutting vegetables, marinating meats, and mixing sauces.
Dispose of waste properly and keep the kitchen clean and orderly.
Ensure timely preparation and service of dishes during operating hours.
Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Supervisor.
