Skills and Qualifications
  • College graduate.
  • 3-5 years of executive assistant or related work
  • Professional demeanor and behavior.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to perform multiple tasks and handle changing priorities successfully in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
  • Problem-solving skills and a commitment to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
What You Will Do
  • Update entries and clean up data in the client’s surplus lines management software (InsCipher).
  • Proactively research missing data points for state filing documents.
  • Establish an audit reporting process for compliance and work closely with service, and accounting team members.
  • Increase efficiency across the organization by creating standardization in timely state filings with close attention to detail.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests for service and assistance.
  • Run reports to identify surplus lines related accounts.
  • Proactively collect and complete appropriate state forms.
  • Enter appropriate account information into InsCipher program for formal filings.
  • Prepare customer billing screens in the system.
  • Maintain commission matrix for the client’s marketplace program.
  • Review exceptions dashboard for account follow-up.
  • Act as liaison with software vendor.
  • Perform special projects, as assigned.
