Responsible for providing communications support in the Division which includes drafting of newsletter content, managing and updating of digital communication content on internet, intranet and workspace.
Assist in providing logistic support for events and activities.
Other secretarial and administrative assignments such as procurement, arranging meetings, liaison between departments on administrative, publicity, IT or other matters to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the office.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma preferably in communications, new media or journalism
Familiar with communications platforms such as intranet sharepoint, website will be an added advantage
Proficiency in design (photoshop, illustrator and indesign) and video software will be an added advantage
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Can commit Mon - Fri, Office Hours
Able to start immediate or within short notice period
