Job responsibilities

• Facilitate seamless goods movement by coordinating effectively with vendors.
• Handle shipping documents, insurance, and customs clearance processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address distribution and warehouse-related issues.
• Develop and manage the warehouse budget to ensure financial efficiency.
• Generate monthly reports detailing distribution expenses.
• Ensure timely submission of necessary documents to the Distribution department.
• Enforce company regulations during supplier receiving activities.
• Monitor and optimize loading bay traffic to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular staff feedback meetings to assess and improve operational processes.
• Guarantee efficient home delivery services are consistently maintained.
• Track and manage inventory stock movements effectively.
• Supervise various operations, including document printing, merchandise tagging, and ensuring timely delivery.

Warehousing:

• Collaborate closely with vendors to streamline warehousing operations.
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety measures according to Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Act requirements.

Staff Management:

• Provide supervision to staff, ensuring correct discharge of duties.
• Maintain discipline within the department, including the warehouse.
• Plan and organize work schedules and allocate tasks effectively.
• Introduce and implement procedures to enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Fulfilling of any additional duties assigned by the company.

Requirements

• Min 3 years of relevant experience
• Preferably exp in a retail environment
