The potential incumbent will Lead and execute the company\'s digital growth strategy by developing and managing performance marketing campaigns across various platforms. The Talent
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent in Marketing.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the digital marketing industry.
  • Proven track record in leading and managing SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Experience in overseeing digital campaigns for the Greater China and Hong Kong markets is a plus for this role.
  • Skilled in identifying target audiences and crafting effective digital campaigns that drive results.
  • Adept at collaborating with marketing agencies to meet key objectives.
  • A confident communicator, capable of presenting ideas effectively to internal stakeholders.
The Job
  • Drive the company\'s digital growth and align it with the broader marketing strategy, ensuring synergy and coherence.
  • Develop and lead performance marketing strategies, managing the execution of standard operating procedures from start to finish.
  • Strategize and implement digital campaigns across platforms, including but not limited to Search (e.g. Google, Yahoo), Display/Programmatic, Google listings/pins and Social Media advertising (e.g. YouTube, Meta, TikTok etc.)
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, evaluating results against key goals across the conversion funnel, from impressions to sales.
  • Present campaign outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with agencies to identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on these insights.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and conversion tests.
  • Work with internal teams to continuously refine and enhance the user\'s digital journey and experience.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to partners and stakeholders on digital marketing strategies.
  • Share expertise and provide training to team members on digital channels and strategies.
  • Assess the end-to-end customer experience across various channels and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, offering thought leadership and recommendations for adoption where relevant.
