Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing or a relevant discipline
• At least 3 years\' experience in Digital Marketing and able to manage SEO/SEM, Social Media, Online Advertising Campaigns
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (eg. Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and contraints.
• Knowledge on Photoshop will be a bonus

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing, implementing and executing the current website to deliver the desired digital experience.
• Experience in conceptualizing, proposing, planning and executing online marketing content and campaigns to drive web traffic and engagement
• Plan and execute digital marketing, including but not limited to SEO / SEM, social media and microsite/display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build and maintain social media presence.
• Efficient management of customer conversations on social media.
• Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
