Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing the current website to deliver the desired digital experience.
- Experience in conceptualizing, proposing, planning and executing online marketing content and campaigns to drive web traffic and engagement
- Plan and execute digital marketing, including but not limited to SEO / SEM, social media and microsite/display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build and maintain social media presence.
- Efficient management of customer conversations on social media.
- Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Requirement:
- Degree Holder in related discipline
- At least 3 years of working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, social media, online advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (eg. Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and contraints.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
