What the role is:1. Establish and review data management policies, processes and procedures to ensure the security and quality of data collected and generated;2. Assist in the design and implementation of data systems and architecture; and regularly maintain data systems and oversee the systems enhancements;3. Guide team members in the data preparation using programming tools/coding for data analytics and visualisation purposes, and leads them to complete the data and analytics projects; and4. Conduct briefing/training on data management and analytics.As Assistant Director (Data Management), you willAssist in the design and implementation of data systems to support the PA overall data strategies.Assist in the design of data architecture to support inter-operative among various PA systems.Regularly maintain data systems to ensure data quality and system operational-ready.Plan and oversee systems enhancement, including identifying new datasets, develop interfaces and streamline system workflows.Oversee the establishment and review of data management policies, processes and procedures to ensure the security and quality of data collected and generated.Engage stakeholders to understand their statistical projects objectives and oversees the data preparation and provision of reports to support their initiatives.Guide his/her officers in data preparation, perform data analysis/analytics; and provide key insights to support the PA divisions\' strategies in their outreach and engagement efforts.Assist in overseeing the operations and resource allocation in order to facilitate the smooth operation of the division.About People\'s Association:The People\'s Association was set up in 1960, in a time of racial and communal strife, to foster racial harmony and social cohesion.
