You will be part of a dynamic team in the Technology and Cyber Risk Supervision Department (TCRD) that is responsible for the supervision of financial institutions (FIs) technology and cyber risk management practices, and the regulatory development of new polices and guidelines.
You will have opportunities to spearhead strategic initiatives and projects that will help to strengthen the cyber resilience of the financial sector by working closely with leading technology companies, industry associations such as the Association of Banks in Singapore, government agencies, and international bodies.
With the evolving nature of cyber threat and increased digitalisation by FIs in recent years, you will play a subject matter expert role in strategising TCRD\xe2\x80\x99s supervision approach to technology and risk management by the FIs, providing pertinent guidance to the FIs, building up inspection programmes and methodology, and driving key initiatives for a safe and secure financial sector.
You are expected to have a sound understanding on technology and cyber risk management, and possess the requisite skillsets to assess the effectiveness of security controls implemented by FIs and their service providers, and serve as a subject matter expert on such assessments.
Job Requirements
IT professional with 3 to 10 years of experience in cyber security, technology risk management, cloud computing, IT audit and/or related areas, and a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field
Highly analytical with good written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated individual who can work independently and thrives under pressure
