What the role is:You manage the operationalisation of leadership development.What you will be working on:On this, you periodically review existing concepts and doctrine and when required, develop new ones to effectively operationalise the skill of leadership development. In addition, you manage the content of the relevant leadership training programmes/courses and vendors contractors. Your challenge lies in leading, supporting, or executing other leadership development tasks or programs that would enable SAF leaders to lead effectively.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification in Psychology or a relevant social or behavioural science discipline, preferably with 6 years\' experience in Leadership, Research or Project Management. Possession of consultancy, research, organisational development and Information Technology (IT) skills are essential. Accreditation in coaching or facilitation is advantageous.
