Job Description
We are currently partnering with one of the autonomous university in the search of Assistant Director, Learning & Development to oversee their L&OD department.
- Responsible for learning strategy execution, learning resource management and program management of related initiatives.
- Provide subject matter expertise in all aspects of learning supporting the organisation learning agenda.
- Responsible for talent management, succession planning, performance management, leadership development strategies, frameworks, processes and program.
- Define the talent development strategy, process and implementation plan.
- Design and implement leadership development programs.
- Building relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work under pressure, constant changing, face pace environment.
- Familiarity with LMS and e-learning environment is essential.
- Hands-on and able to handle operational aspects.
- Experience in both private sector and statutory boards is a must. Preferably working in a large headcount organisation experience.
