We are looking for an Assistant Director of Human Resources to join our team!

As an Assistant Director of Human Resources, we rely on you to:

Be responsible for providing and supporting the accomplishment of hotel and department goals and objectives in all areas of Human Resources under the guidance of Director of Human Resources.

Leading the Learning and Development iniatiatves for the hotel and the ability to create a Learning Culture of the company by demonstrating key competencies in Learning and Development functions.

A few of the defining attributes, includes engaging personality and exceptional people management skills coupled with creativity and innovation.

Able to demonstrate a solid understanding of Human Resources policies and local regulations.

We are looking for someone who:

Has a passion for people

Preferably possesses relevant experience in a luxury hotel

Knowledge of local labour laws and industrial relations

Has good communication and people management skills

Has strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task

Enjoys interacting with people

A team player, goals oriented, dependent, highly motivated, and with a high speed of execution.
