Proficient in pioneering recruitment methods to swiftly fill positions across 2030 rooms, 12 F&B outlets, and a 10KSQM Convention Center. This role entails maximizing recruitment channels. The ideal candidate will thrive, showing a history of success.\xe2\x80\x8b

Comply with the Corporate Standards, Hotel and Departmental policies and procedures at all times\xe2\x80\x8b

Responsible for the annual Talent & Culture budget and updating monthly forecast.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity. \xe2\x80\x8b

Having exceptional interpersonal abilities and a people-centric approach, skilled at effectively communicating and collaborating with diverse stakeholders throughout the organization\'s hierarchy.\xe2\x80\x8b

Dynamic can-do attitude \xe2\x80\x8b

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail \xe2\x80\x8b

Experience with HRIS systems like Time & Attendance System, is highly preferred \xe2\x80\x8b

Preferably with local industrial relations experience\xe2\x80\x8b
