Job Description

What you will be working on:

• Deep-dive and evaluate registry operations through structured reviews, identify opportunities for service innovation and process optimisation. o Design and oversee new processes or improvement initiatives that enhance registry operations. o Bridge operational requirements with technological capabilities, developing integrated solutions that enhance efficiency and service delivery. o Identify and evaluate technological opportunities that can modernise our services, from emerging tools to innovative platforms, ensuring we stay ahead of digital transformation o Develop key performance metrics for pre and post implementation measurement, enabling data-driven decision making and continuous improvement. o Implement stakeholder engagement plans to gather feedback on existing or new services which includes organising and facilitating the engagement sessions, consolidating and evaluating feedback and findings, giving recommendations and closing the loop with participants. o Drive successful organisation changes through structured change management approaches, communication, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and smooth transition to new processes and systems while maintaining operational continuity. o Problem solve with system vendor and relevant departments to develop solutions that is of value to the customers and officers.

What we are looking for:

• Able to quickly grasp and map operational processes and interdependencies across different business domains o Strong Project Management skills o Strong communication and stakeholder management skills o Able to understand business requirements for e-Services and digital solutions quickly o Familiar with Service Delivery concepts
