Responsibilities Manage and create design intent. Liaise with appointed design team/consultants to ensure high-quality theming design for facility spaces. Generate creative solutions for design tasks and ensuring functional parameters. Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with design brief. Review and coordinate design documents to ensure compliance with project requirements. To prepare and review project schedule, quality and cost deliverables, cost control, planning and forecasting with project consultants Value engineering and management Feasibility studies and cost benefit analysis Risk analysis evaluations and mitigation plan Collate and compile the requirement on Architectural/Interior Finishes in particular theming works/Lighting/Art Signages/Colour/Materials aspect. Regular updating and reporting of project performance and progress Requirements Must have a degree in Architecture Interior Design Creative Arts or equivalent Min 10 years' experience and 3-5 years of developer/owner representative experience Preferably with experience in theme parks and/or hospitality projects Experienced in projects with extensive theming design would be an advantage
