JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The Assistant Director, Marketing Communications will position, promote and enhance awareness of the Cenizaro brand as a leading hotel group globally. He/She will be responsible for successfully developing and implementing corporate and brand public relations programmes globally, elevating brand excellence through the planning, execution and consistent optimisation of marketing and communication campaigns and projects that enhance brand awareness, likeability and understanding. Compliance to the corporate brand and visual identity guidelines across all marketing channels, including website assets must always be prioritised. He/She will also ensure that the social media presence is strong and consistent across all platforms and that it creatively aligns with the corporate brand\xe2\x80\x99s identity and values.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • An established PR expert and leader with more than 5 years of experience working in the capacity of marketing communications and/ or brand management
  • Proven track record of success and previous experience working in agency, travel and/or luxury lifestyle space.
  • Has a good understanding of consumer trends and the new media landscape.
  • Take initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills and be able to summarise, clarify and communicate ideas simply and accurately.
  • Strategic, collaborative and highly driven for results. Excellent organisational and prioritization/time management skills
  • Experienced with new technology and social media platforms in addition to the use of standard office programs and networks
  • Meticulous and keen eye for details with strong interpersonal skills
  • Mature and pleasant, self-motivated, responsible and displays good discretion
