Lead the process involving stakeholders from business lines, managing deal inception through execution and integration, encompassing sourcing, qualification, financial modeling, due diligence, and closure activities, including integration with existing businesses if applicable.
Review and analyze investment portfolio returns, prepare Investment Memorandum for approval by the Investment Committee, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for deal execution, involving parties such as lawyers, accountants, banks, and corporate finance advisory firms.
Enhance governance structures for subsidiaries and compile necessary materials for quarterly Board meetings, Group Investment Committee meetings, and other relevant gatherings.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required.
Minimum of 10 years\' experience in real estate investment and asset management.
Proven track record in acquisitions/disposals across public and private markets, as well as equity and debt transactions, including JV/Partnership arrangements.
Advanced analytical skills, strategic planning, and financial modeling expertise.
Strong negotiator with extensive networks, coupled with exceptional communication skills, leadership qualities, and ability to collaborate effectively across global and cross-functional teams.
