Job Description

What the role is:

You are responsible for the formulation of defence relations policies and engagement strategists to secure RSAF\'s interests with a partner Air Force.

What you will be working on:

On this, you lead a team of staff to plan, coordinate and execute visits and events. You are expected to manage on average one event a month, and is expected to travel to partner country up to four times a year. You are the secretary of two high-level bilateral meetings with the partner Air Force, and is required to draft preparatory briefs and talking points for RSAF senior officers\' meetings with foreign counterpart, as well as minutes of these meetings.

What we are looking for:

You must have a tertiary qualification in Arts or Humanities, International Relations, Strategic Studies, Political Science, History or other Humanities subject. You must have at least 6 years\' working experience in defence relations, international relations related roles. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
