What the role is
What you will be working on
As the Internal Communications Lead under the Corporate Digitalisation (CD) team, you will: • Develop and drive a coherent internal communications strategy to get everyone excited about where the organisation is headed; bolster employee engagement; and reinforce the desired culture and behaviours • Design and rollout engaging and varied forms of internal communications that cut through the noise, and sticks • Develop and implement change management plans to get buy-in for and facilitate adoption of new digital tools and services, new ways of working (e.g. hybrid work environment), and corporate policies • Support senior executives in employee communications by crafting inspiring leadership messages • Manage internal awards and continually profile exemplars to inspire everyone to live out our core values and desired behaviours
What we are looking for
Here are the skills and traits that we'd love you to have • Have 3 or more years of relevant experience in Change Management, Internal Communications, or related areas • Take initiative. You can figure out independently what needs to be done and how you could value-add. • Be comfortable solving complex, ill-defined challenges. You know that there are no “model answers” to organisational challenges and will continue pivoting until you get it right. • Craft well-thought-out proposals that spur action. You analyse issues deeply and present them in a clear and compelling way, with just the right level of detail. • Be an effective team player. You possess high emotional intelligence and can collaborate effectively across functions and agencies. • Have a growth mindset. You stay curious and approach matters with a beginner’s mind, constantly learn new skills, hone your competencies, and keep abreast of the latest thinking and practices in your chosen field. • Possess grit. You persist in the face of adversity and have an indomitable spirit.
