Job Description


What the role is
You are the custodian for a training institute (TI)’s training performance evaluation and analysis capabilities.
What you will be working on
On this, you measure, analyse and monitor the health status of the TI’s training systems and performance, and provide feedback to close the training and performance gaps. Your challenge lies in maintaining collaborative relationship with different stakeholders to sustain excellence in training.
What we are looking for
You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in statistics, data mining or raining, with at least 5 years of work experience in training, statistics or analysis related fields. Being trained in statistical methods and analysis, and being familiar with information technology system and applications is essential. Possession of knowledge on army training is preferred. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
